I would like to take the opportunity to firstly inform you of the background to the Company.

We are quite unique in this industry as we have gained our vast experience from varied backgrounds including Public sector, Construction and Demolition, Site Management, Security, Investigations and Enforcement. We have pooled our knowledge and experience to deliver a service which we believe is unsurpassed.

All staff involved in audits, inspections, document preparation, liaison with authorities and training are NEBOSH qualified and members of Iosh.

We have all been employed in Health & Safety with larger companies, which has been of enormous benefit as we have researched the provision of services and the quality of documentation from within the companies and when establishing the foundations of DP Consultancy (North East) Ltd took on board all the positives and improved them further, whilst removing any negative issues.

Confidence in our services is displayed by the fact that we unlike others within the industry do not commit customers to an annual contract. We can agree a monthly fee for the provision of services and site visits, this fee can be stopped at any time without the client having any concerns in respect of legal action. In effect if you feel that you are not being provided with an appropriate suitable level of service then you stop paying for it.

We are customer focused and always aim to provide the best quality of service, allowing our clients to concentrate on their own business activity in the knowledge that compliance with Health, Safety and Welfare of staff and others affected by the business is in safe hands through DP Consultancy (North East) Ltd.

In the unfortunate event of an accident or adverse incident in the workplace, we can respond to a request for assistance within hours and begin the process of investigation and reporting immediately. Our own staff are experienced investigators having dealt with all aspects of serious and fatal incidents including file preparation and provision of evidence in the Crown and Coroners courts.

This is a specialist area which is included in the service to our clients.
